Thank you to all who took the time to vote for Millington in the “Best Primary School” category at the Families First NI awards. We are delighted to be awarded “Best Primary School in Co Armagh 2023,” such a proud moment! Mrs Murray and Mrs Beggs were also very proud to be recognised as finalists in the “Best Principal” and “Best Teacher” categories too.
Here in Millington we are blessed with outstanding parents who support us so ably and work in partnership with our amazing staff who in your words “go the extra mile for our pupils.” As a school we feel privileged to teach your precious children and loved hearing your positive comments and appreciation of our efforts.
It was such an honour to hear Frank Mitchell describe us as a “nurturing, caring, helpful and fun filled setting who always put children to the forefront of everything we do. Millington Primary School is filled with joy and passion. Staff love their jobs and their joy is infectious.”
