On Saturday 23rd and 30th April, past pupils Rebecca Anderson and Beth McBurney represented Ulster Rugby at U16 level in a 7s Interprovincial rugby tournament. Both girls played with skill, passion and displayed a high level of sportsmanship. The tournament was held at the IRFU High Performance Centre in Dublin. Mrs Beggs had the privilege to go and cheer the girls on.
Everyone at Millington is very proud of both Rebecca and Beth’s achievements in rugby, at both club and province level. Keep up the good work girls and we all look forward to hearing of more future rugby success.
