Important Information
School Day
- Doors open at 8.30am, with class beginning promptly at 8.40am
- School finishes at 12.15pm (September) 1.45pm (Oct-June)
School Dinners
- All school dinners (Paid and Free School Meals) must be booked through Parent Pay
- School diners cost £2.60 per day
Snack
- P1 snack will be provided in school
- Please send £3.00, in a named envelope every Monday morning, to your child’s class teacher
Homework
- Please practise new words and sounds every night
- Your child will receive a new homework booklet every month
- Please complete written homework each night
- Your child will receive 2 reading books a week, please read these with your child every night
- Homework must be sent to school in your child’s folder every Friday to be marked by the class teacher
Half Term Holidays
Term 1
- Monday 30th October – Friday 3rd November 2023
School Absence
- If absent from school, please bring a note explaining the reason for the absence on the first day back
Outdoor Play
- Outdoor play is a valuable part of the curriculum, please send a pair of named welly boots to school
